After 2 babies my lower back was constantly in pain & i thought it was something i would have to deal with for the rest of my life. Sandra helped me to build my core strength & flexibility i didn't realise that this would solve all my problems. I now wake up completely pain free and i am forever grateful. I was so excited when I moved to Peregian in 2017 to find a Pilates teacher with the depth of experience, and passion that Sandra has. Unbeknown at the time I moved I had severe osteoporosis in my right hip and ended up having a hip replacement in 2019. Due to my increased Pilates pre op to 3 times a week and Sandra’s guidance I was in the best condition possible and have made a great recovery. I was back at Pilates within weeks and not only love it for my health and fitness but for the lovely community that Sandra has built at Pilates Success.
