I stepped on a grape at the Noosa Civic Shopping Mall, in April and did the splits. At my age, seventy seven, that was bad news and injured my sacro ileac joint. After several visits to the Chiropractor I saw Kasey at the Power Plate Studio. I am now able to walk ten kilometers on the beach several times a week with my dog and have really toned my body. I have so much more flexibility. I still have work to do on a stretched ligament in my inner thigh which will take time. Thank you Kasey. You're the best!!!
