Terrible customer service - the girl behind the front desk barely bothered to look up from the computer as we walked in.nnI was trying to look at a wooden block side table which had decorative items on it - whilst still standing behind desk, she just told me to shift the items onto a table. She didn’t bother to help. At no stage did she come over and ask if she could assist despite no one else being in shop.nEven as we went to walked out I looked back at her and still she didn’t bother to even look up at us.nnLiterally walked on to spend money and was so put off by how rude this girls was. On her computer the whole time.nnI did want to send an email for constructive feedback - but as there isn’t a website I have left this review.nI do wish you the best, and hope this feedback helps your company.
