CrossFit 4566

I've been going CrossFit 4566 for a few years now and absolutely love it. Every time I go I feel I've had a fantastic workout and hitting goals. It's not a high pressured environment, very laid back so means it's never intimidating. Such a great family vibe to the whole gym. I highly recommend CrossFit 4566. Come join the family :)

CrossFit 4566 has become so much more than our go-to gym. We love the community, coaches, and values of this box! Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great space to work out and a stellar bunch of people to hang out with.

I've trained at more than a dozen affiliates across the US, UK and Australia over the past 6 years and rate 4566 among the very best. Yes it's a great facility in a great location, but that is the easy part. In my experience there are very few boxes that can deliver exceptional coaching (that will challenge both beginner and advanced athletes) while providing the warmest, friendliest and most positive community vibe possible. Expect, Rich, Woogie, Tex and Keith to bring out your absolute best, and expect every single member to want to know your name the minute you walk through the door. These guys are building something very special.

I don't normally post reviews, but I'd like to share my recent very positive experiences with everyone in Crossfit 4566. As a visiting Crossfit of another box, I was made feel very welcome and part of this local, vibrant community. The tuition and instruction was really excellent and I, based on my experience of visiting about five boxes over the past twelve months of Crossfit participation, rate coaches Rich and Woogie very highly.
