It took me 2 years of tries and fails to find this Iyengar Yoga studio. Super professional, kind and experienced - both Di & Jeff opened their home to host the best yoga classes in Noosa. Every session is different, some are more challenging than others, but every time you learn something new. The studio is very intimate, with only 6-12 participants allowing the teacher to guide and correct (if necessary) each participant enabling everyone to fully benefit from this great practice.

I’ve been working with Di and Geoff for around 5 months now. Their supportive and encouraging classes have been life changing for me.nnI got hooked after one class and have been attending 3 x per week ever since.nnWith their help I was in a headstand within 20 classes. I couldn’t believe it!!nnI cannot say enough about this beautiful studio.nnThey put us through our paces abs we have a lot of fun too.nnThanks guys I have loved every second.

In the 9 years my partner Rhys and I have been attending yoga classes with Di and Jeff we have seen them continually grow as teachers. Their classes keep evolving and are always well prepared and stimulating. The classes are friendly and yet focused. They provide an aesthetically pleasing, safe space. Highly recommended.
