Noosa Barre

Such a unique and incredible class! I can honestly say that I went to this for the first time with next to no current fitness regime behind me (except for two small children!) and it was the perfect balance of challenge and ease, which suited me perfectly. In saying that, even if you are super fit, this class would still challenge muscles and stamina you may never knew you had! Adriana is clearly very experienced in her teaching style. Loved it, highly recommend it.

Wow!! I am so glad I found Noosa Barre. Its hard work but really simple moves. I go twice a week and love it. Adriana is a great teacher I say she pushes you with empathy.

In just one session I could feel the results - I could feel the muscles I engaged. I felt strong and got super excited about what i could achieve if I made this a regular thing.nThe pace is perfectly tailored for my ability I left my first session feeling the burn but without dying.nnI naturally bulk due to being an ex-rugby player so this technique suites my desire to strengthen and tone without bulking. So excited to see my results as I work towards my 12 week target
