Stylish, spacious studio in convenient central location. The team are proficient and engaging, and provide super friendly support. All equipment is carefully maintained and in excellent condition. Programs are varied and provided me with the Oporto steadily increase in strength and complexity. Highly recommend.

Started at Studio Pilates Noosa a month ago on friends’ recommendations. The $60, 6 classes in 2 weeks offer to introduce you to the whole idea of reformer pilates is such a great way to see what it’s all about as I was totally new to this form of exercise.nEverything is very professionally run and there is constant communication so you feel well looked after. 45 minute classes run all day so there are class times to suit everyone. The 10 reformer machines in the room mean a max group of 10 people. Several screens on the wall demonstrate each exercise visually and talk you through it while an instructor (all are excellent!) is on hand to greet you and assist throughout. I have tied myself in knots a few times learning how to use the machine but there is always a help at hand!nIt is challenging as you can work at your own level and is the ultimate toning workout. It makes me feel stronger and more flexible and doesn’t take a huge chunk out of my day. Highly recommend.

I so happy with Studio Pilates Noosa. I love there are so many time slots. The instructors are really knowledgeable and personable. We have such a busy life so the thing I love the most is that I can get in and out and my workout is done for the day. Thanks guys, really happy!

Studio Pilates is so good! My sister and I tried the intro classes not knowing what to expect and the instructors were great, super welcoming and lot of fun, the work outs are really rewarding and there are so many classes that you can find a time whenever suits. Loving it!

Loving studio Pilates. The screens located around the room help correct your position for maximum benefit. The instructors are friendly and also roaming the studio to assist . Just dropped one star as would be great if it was a slightly bigger studio sometimes struggle to get a class as they are booked.. Loving studio Pilates
