Great to work with. They approved my super sweet double story house right away where my top windows have the perfect view of the neighbors. I asked if the viewing deck and the telescope pointed at their back yard would be a problem and they said yes, for them. We high fived and had a good laugh about it. I invited them to come over and watch the neighbors from my viewing deck anytime.

Very poor communication whether you come in and ask to see someone and chances are no one will be there (where are they?) or how they respond (or not) by email or phone back to your concerns.

AWFUL. They have approved two 2 story houses that look directly into our back yard. We have no privacy at all. They said the houses meet their guidelines, I invited them to visit our site to see the problem and they were not interested. They have approved one of the houses that does not even have opaque windows because on paper it’s far enough away. Worst council ever, they are only interested in getting as much money as possible, they speak rudely and down to clients and do not even have any regard for their concerns. They should be held accountable but they make their own rules and are above common sense. Absolutely disrespectful, rude and money grubbing .
