I've had a morning from Hell when dealing with a customer service rep from the call centre. Mind you I was at work and in a meeting but got called out. I think first and foremost you need to understand that the money is ours and not yours obviously except for our home loan. Like children we need to seek approval to manage transactions. I think I have been messed around far too many times, its time to move to an institution that values its customers. I must say that the personnel at the TT Plus branch have always been very helpful and personable.

Recently applied for a car loan with PCU and was surprised with how quick the process was and how friendly the staff members were.

Been with them my entire life, they've always been very helpful in resolving any problems that have arisen and are glad to talk about how they can improve your experience. Not to mention that they sponsor Fresh FM, couldn't be happier with that or them.

Been with them since they started very helpful courteous and don't cost anything if you use your cards properly. NO complaints at all.

The fee's are to high and been with them for over 10 years and thinking its time to change bank
