Service Tasmania - Hobart

The updated procedures and space in Service Tas in the cirty are great. Using the ticketing system is a great idea. Much easier than previous. The decor is significantly improved as well. Staff were efficient and helpful with appropriate COVID precautions in place.

Since when we need to show a physical photo ID to make an enquire?nThe mid aged lady with glasses in front of the door way was very rude. She has zero level of customer service. This will be my first and last visit to Service Tas of Hobart.

Would be really good if they could all be on the same page and not continuously give misleading/wrong information.nShouldn't have to take five different visits to the place to do one simple job. Continuous stuff-arounds.

The staff were really helpful in booking my driving assessment. I urgently needed one in as soon as possible.nnA lady rang me out of her way to let me know that there was a spot available in two days and I was really impressed and grateful by that.nnThe other staff that I spoke with were also kind and willing to help me.nnReally impressed with them, don't understand why so many people are complaining about their service.

Not sure about all the cold and flu and where have you been in the last 14 day questions.. only place I’ve been in TAS that has asked that repeatedly. No local transmission here for nearly a year.... anyway, okay service, but very bland and uninspiring staff, cool interior. Issues have been resolved when I’ve been there the last few times.
