Arafura Medical Clinics

My relative comes to make an appointment with the doctor for medical certificate. She wasn't good English so I speak in her stead. I said her husband recently passed away and she is in need of mental support, we need to make an appointment with a doctor. The reception staff didn't shows any sympathy, she just asked if we have made appointment with the doctor. I understand that they are fully booked but little sympathy for someone's experiencing a hard time will still identify your dignity.

I don’t recommend this clinic. The doctor here is good and care about you. But the service of receptionists here sucks. If you want better service, please find another one.

I dont Recommend this clinic. Made an appointment Online still waited an hour, My partner needs a check up for ectopic pregnancy and they let some people cut in line first because apparently prescription letter is way more important. staff ignore you and just gossip around.

Waited 2 hours for appointment. Dirty floors, stinking chairs, aweful arrogannt Doctor.

Good doctors but there customer service is shocking. Make an appointment for 9.45 I then called to see if they were running on time. We're half an hour behind. Got to the clinic told we were next and two patients were seen before me. Waited over an hour and half after my original appointment.
