Review? How do you review a service that doesn't answer the phone? Been ringing every hour for 12 hours now....... Service? Really?

Just called and the lady was less than helpful All I needed was casuarina police station address as the officer did not write this down on a form requesting this when witnessing a document The lady would not provide this and said officers work all over the place and maybe next time get a jp to do it . Maybe if you disagree with being an acceptable witness for documents speak to the government or the titles office or refuse to do it don’t do it incorrectly and then not provide nessacary details when requested I would hate to be in an emergency situation and have that person answer the phone We’re all doomed

I've lived in two other states in Australia before. Have to say this is the worst experience I ever had in a local police station. Just like the one review stated: very impatient and unhelpful.
