If you’re looking for reliable, trust worthy and an efficient removalist company, LOOK ELSEWHERE. We recently hired Wridgways to help us move and pack everything. Moving house is already a stressful experience and we placed our trust in this company. In our experience they let us down on every level and have been unprofessional in trying to rectify issues and concerns. Firstly, we paid additionally for their packing service, which meant they would move all of our belongings from cupboards/wardrobes, pack and deliver them safely to our new home. However when inspecting our old home, we found that there were cupboards full of our belongings which we ended up moving ourselves. They also did not deliver our furniture on the agreed date. As a result we needed to seek accommodation overnight at our own expense as there were no beds for my family to sleep on. This situation was made increasingly difficult for a family with two kids under 5. On the day of delivery we found damaged items of furniture and they managed to also put two holes in the wall of our new home. We are still waiting for our wall to be repaired and the owners have been ignoring our attempts to contact them and resolve these issues.

We had a terrible experience with them. Used them almost 3 months ago. We chose the gold insurance that was supposed to cover pretty much everything. Lots of our belongings were lost and not only they refuse to pay back for it. We're also still waiting for a refund for the goods they damaged. The excuse is always the same when we call: "we're working from home, therefore the delay". Dodgy as, keep away from them

Our brand new fridge they dropped down the stairways.This happened minutes after my husband tried to advise them how to get the piano down the stairs and one gentlemen even commented saying "Don't tell us what to do, we have moved items many times"

Really happy with the service. Move went very smoothly and all the pack up and delivery guys and store man were lovely and communicated drop off times really well and were able to work with us to suit us.
