Rude customer service, unhelpful at all, and extremely expensive...nnI needed to have the blade cut of my spare remote control, nothing more or less...nBut the guy there didn't accept to do this simple thing, and suggested to gimme a new remote control with flip key and program it for $250... Why do I need it if I have a second remote already? And why can't you do this simple work if you can do the much harder one?nJust a scam
