Very quick response/job completion even though I was expecting a delay at this festive time of the year.

I dropped a pair of boots in for some extensive repairs and was told they'd be ready in a few days. I was surprised to get a text just a few hours later to say my - practically rebuilt - boots were ready to pick up. Amazing, considering how busy the guys were.
