I lost a small screw for lock faciea plate. Called these chaps and they were more than happy to help me out identifying part and arranging for collection. and they refused to accept any payment, not a cent, could have taken a couple of $nnThis is good friendly service as its best.

Asked several times for help with cutting a couple of keys & was told each time we’ll call you back when a technician comes back. Never did receive those promised phone calls.nnEnded up getting them done in Bayswater by “Lock King”. Did the job in no time.
