DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly worst experience ever. Took a gold plated necklace here that was a bespoke handmade item from a local jeweller (irreplaceable) and asked for very basic engraving, wrote the engraving our twice. Engraver was very cocksure and adamant he knew what we wanted. He then not only chose his own handwritten font that wasn’t in a straight line, BUT ENGRAVED THE BRACELET UPSIDE DOWN. Can you imagine.nCharged us $20 and when we came back to complain we were obviously very upset, he scoffed and complained about giving us a refund. He said “you get the bracelet I get nothing” - nevermind the fact that we had lost an extortionate amount of value on this item by incorrect personalisation. Honestly it was not the mistake (or carelessness) but it’s was the lack of empathy or understanding that really shocked us. Blacklisted.

Perfect job. easy going & polite

Went to get a duplicate set of keys for new house. Chap could have easily just cut all 6 and charged us, instead he pointed out that three and three were the same. We did get one key cut and that works well. Appreciated his honest approach to business.
