I had a wonderful experience today with Scott josh and Simon!nThey were super knowledgeable on there services, very friendly, kind and Amazing to deal withnAlthough they have long wait times they apologised and got to me when they could.nI am extremely grateful for the service and look forward to dealing with them again!nNot to soon tho as they made sure I got the best deal possible!

Very poor. We were here last week and were very disappointed with the level of help just to change our plan. Made an appt for 4pm today to make the process easier its now 4.20 which we would understand if there was even a modicum of communication acknowledging us and the wait but theres not. We enquired as to how long we would have to wait but fobbed off with The staff are busy with other customers. Which they are but not with customers who made an appt. What was the point! Very poor communication, very poor service. Almost 4.30...

WOW! Is all I can say. The service and lack of care factore is amazing.. would not survive if they were are stand alone business. Completly incompetant on all levels of service and communications. Back by a national incompetant company who allows and supports such failure but the remoteness of Alice Springs we are forced to used Telstra or simply would not deal with such a useless company and local branch.

Worst service and rudest staff members that seriously lack product knowledge or professionalism. Try to avoid this place at all costs!

I really hate going to do any business here with the current staff and systems that telstra have in place.
