Want service with a smile or do want service at all?nWell this is not the place for you.nnI waited at the counter for over 5 minutes whilst the staff member who was meant to be looking after the counter was playing on their mobile phone and left unnoticed.nnWhat a joke.

I cant express how much I love KFCud83dude02ud83dude02 this particular store is in a rough neighbourhood, and unfortunately there are homeless people surrounding it, its the main reason me and everyone else stopped going there for a while and even eating in-store. But I appreciate the renovation they did to avoid the homeless from hanging around. The service is faster than ever. I go to the drive thru, order and immediately am given my meal. No waiting, so confusion, just quick and easy. I remember when the waiting times 3+ years ago was absolutely ridiculous, youd be waiting 30mins for your meal. Im so glad its improved so much, its come a long away and im so satisfied. Chicken is always great, maybe I just have a soft spot for KFC, but I just love it

Went through the drive through last night. Ordered she repeated the order which was wrong, corrected her, also asked to swap the potatoes and gravy out for coleslaw was told yep no problem. Did not ask about what drink. Got to the window to pay, was handed a bottle of Pepsi politely said no thank you and asked for 7up, boy rolls his eyes that when i explained forcefully that they didn't ask he just shrugged. Did i get 2 coleslaw no i got 2 potatoes and gravy, which not even the dogs will eat. Why is it so hard to get it right. If you don't want the job leave some one else will gladly take it. Sick of paying for stuff that gets thrown away.

It's a pity when you make an order and they regularly mix up the order. How hard is it to check the order before you hand it out the window to the customer waiting inline in there car. I do know that I should check my order by now, but honestly how difficult is it to get a simple fast food order correct?

Last night i went there with family through drive through i have not purchased KFC for years, my chicken meal was inedible as the chicken was tough and stringy. My husband purchased his own KFC chicken there today and the chicken was dry, stringy, and threw it out. He had the same experience 3 weeks ago, but somehow, thought he would give it another go, big mistake! He said the potato and gravy were nice, but we won't be back. Its an expensive feed and does not live up to all hype!
