I've been dealing with Jess for a few weeks now to order floor and wall tiles. I was given samples to take home & lots of help & advice. Got a bargain on some end of run tiles. I went to every tile place in Darwin & think their prices are fantastic. Jess was super helpful and patient & all staff were very friendly and remembered my name on 2nd visit. Definitely recommend great service and discounts available on tiles with smaller quantities

The people at the store were very helpful. And when they came to measure up our kitchen for bench tops, also helpful. Thats where it ends, they cut both holes for the sink and cook tops in the wrong place. The cooktop was ok but the cut for the sink was not parallel with the front edge of the bench top. I called them and asked for them to return and recut the sink hole. Never heard back from them. I wont be back.
