We engaged Peter to determine why one of our air con systems suddenly stopped working. This was not an easy job but with patience, skill and process of elimination the fault was finally found. Repairs and replacements were undertaken in this intricate and complex job. The team were extremely professional and respectful, while communicating updates throughout the entire process. Have a 5yr old relatively expensive fridge, Tim spent 5 minutes looking at it and said it's not worth fixing (regas) without providing a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to fix. Not interested in fixing it at all. Received the invoice for the work in the afternoon 8 days later - with a due date the same day! A few days later I got a call, the person on the line said that I can settle the bill immediately over the phone with a credit card. Wouldn't call them again. Maybe it was just a bad day though - we all have those.

Scott brought new parts and repaired our washing machine. He was friendly and very professional. Thanks P&P and LG.
