Good variety of classes and some excellent teachers, my fave classes are Yin and Iyenger.

5 star yoga school. Uncomplicated and professional. Kate really knows her stuff and brings together a great team of other yoga teachers to accommodate different yoga styles.nOne of my favorite things is the space - it’s super clean, high ceilings and good natural light.

Been going here for a few years now. Absolutely recommend Hayden's Power Vinyassa classes. He has a real creative flare with the ambiance of the class, great music and you will definitely be pushed to your personal limits. 5/5 - just wish there were more per week!

I've been going to the Vinyasa Flow for a while now and love it. Yogi Emily creates great flows for every level and has a wonderful way of creating a serene and calm practice. I love how she brings in new postures into the flow and explains them so well, she hardly ever has to come over to anybody to correct their posture.nnThe studio has a beautiful wooden floor, is air conditioned and Emily has a wonderful meditative gentle playlist that enhances the practice. I have not seen an essential oil diffusor, but I'm fairly certain that there is one somewhere as the studio has a very light and comforting smell each time.nnHaving a busy life, I not only enjoy the yoga sessions itself but also the way Agoy are handling their payment and attendance, which really adds to my feel-good experience with them. You can show up to any class you want without needing to give prior notice, they have an Eftpos machine and you can get a five, ten or twenty class pass which you can use for any class. Five out of five, really recommend this studio!
