Friendly, personable, cheerful, hands-on staff who actually care about your development and technique and enjoyment. Staff know my name and I haven't been going for very long - it's the best! Excellent, intimate class sizes. I feel better about myself and life when I walk through those doors. Grateful for Encore and each and every instructor (props to Matt who instils top notch positive life vibes into every class , and Rena for precision and attention to detail in such a friendly, caring manner)

I have appreciated the encouragement and support of staff at encore. Pilates has really helped me gain stability and strength after my pregnancy and birth 10 months ago. Staff at encore are very friendly and gently correct your movements to start waking up and engaging muscles properly.

The staff are professional, dedicated and committed. Even in a group session each person gets individual attention. My health has improved, my body is stronger and more flexible. Some exercises might look easy, but at the end of each session my whole body has had a great work out.
