Basil Thai Cuisine and Hot Pot

I used to love this place but this is the last time I'll eat or order from again.nIn the last year the food quality has fallen since a year ago. I don't know if they got a new cook or what but the nam tok beef has lost its original flavor that its so bland now. Tastes just like fish sauce and no lime. Its either not marinated enough but it used to be strong and its weak now. I wish they would work on the fried foods like delivering with the lid loose because the steam makes it soggy and not crunchy. This last meal has definitely put me off from coming again...

Yep rocked up for a steamboat hot pot, they told us 1hrs wait, then they didn't have or unable to make an iced tea, gave us a lipton ice tea. Iced chocolate average.nAdvertising a product and unable to produce. Not impressed.nSpring rolls ok.nOrdered a house red, 1hr later asked where my house red was, after another 5 minutes I was told we don't have a house red.

Best place to waste your time, spoil your moment and waste your money. Must see review before thinking of going there, I made mistake and i paid for that.

Good service the staff were nice and welcoming ,lowkey good spot to have hotpot enjoyed my meal ,will visit again

We went for a dinner and it was worst dinner out ever. We’ve ordered Tom yum fried rice. But they served us overcooked fried rice. The taste was disgusting. Even we asked for an another one, they gave us the same plate with same horrible taste. Owner came out and she didn’t listen to us. She was very rude. Very disappointed with the service and quality of food. Don’t recommend to anyone. Later we realised that the new owner has taken the place over.
