This is not an exaggeration. Waited over 40min for a zinger box. After 15min they called our numbers and told us there was a long wait for wicked wings and if we wanted something else. We asked how long it would be and they assured us 5min. So we decided to wait, this was at 7:55. We didn't recieve our meals until 8:15

I highly recommend ordering from your phone to skip the queue.nSometimes, my order gets held back and made after in person customers order after me.nThis brings my rating down a notch, due to some of their employees' roles in taking a longer time to make the order than if I was ordering in-person.nOver the years, I have reported a few employees (including managers) to their superiors over the phone and by email who have treated me poorly, due to race, a lack of their professionalism, and the handling of complaints.nHowever, every now and then I drop by for a quick snack and service has gotten better than how I remembered it.nJust make sure you don't order during peak hours and if you do, order early via phone so you can pick it up earlier, otherwise you will suffer.

a staff member who called the order number at 3pm to 4pm in this afternoon was very unprofessional. My order number is 475 and I ordered some wicked wings. At that time I also remember that 2 people with the order number 476 standing next to me also ordered wicked wings too and I'm sure these two are ACQUAINTANCES of that staff. I waited for a long time and when I asked that staff if my order was done, she said that it seemed to have to wait because the wicked wings were cooking. Meanwhile the people with the order number 476 felt the wait was too long so they left for a while and I remember they came back for 2 or 3 times to see if their meal was done. From the start to finish, I was still waiting in front of the staff who called the order number and never left. After that, the people with the order number 476 came back to see if their meal was done, then I saw the staff who called the order number took a box inside and then came back with some winked wings in that box. Then she gave the box of wicked wings for the people with order number 476 which is her ACQUAINTANCES even though my order number was 475 and I also ordered wicked wings, by that I think she went inside to see if any wicked wings were ripe and got it so her ACQUAINTANCES didn't have to wait too long.After the people with order 476 left with their food, I was still waiting there until another staff who took my order saw that I had been waiting a long time and said to that staff who called the order number, then that staff just start to prepared my meal. I got very angry right after that but forgot to get the feedback form there so I'm posting a review here. I know that my post is quite long and my English is not very good but I still hope that the manager or anyone working with that unprofessional service staff sees my post and make sure that staff will fix it and won't make other customers wait as long as I did because of her ACQUAINTANCES.

went for drive through at 9:15pm. No wicked ring left for the night and nuggets are tasteless. Not coming back for this store. Bagot road one is way better.

Very poor of customer service. Some stuff doesn't know how to find my online order. And take 20 minutes to process my food.nIt's not acceptable in fast food industry.
