Great variety in instructors and teaching styles and great value prices. I just completed the $85 one month unlimited Level 1 classes, and loved it. Much better value than a gym membership, and lots of payment options for casual users or serious yogis. As a first time yoga student I found the instructors' verbal instructions very helpful - especially the way they described how to do the poses so as not to injure yourself. Classes felt inclusive and accommodating of people with all levels of experience and needs, e.g. injuries or other physical ailments. Kelvin was my favourite teacher :)

Guzyal was fantastic for the beginner 6 week classes. She made a genuine effort to get to know us as individuals. Her approach and style is unique. She is very encouraging, engaging and makes you want to come back! Let us know when she's running the regular weekly classes!!
