Click and collect here is appalling. Never answer the phone. Always massive delays. Selected pick-up time for 8-10 and they where still collecting items at 9:50. If you can't provide the service don't offer it, really that simple.

Small store but has everything, friendly staff and very helpful, although small but not quite, usually busy

A couple of months ago I went to Coles Northlakes and had issues at the self check out. The team went above and beyond helping me. A big shout out to Kirsten for providing a wonderful example to my 12 year old niece about helping people and showing kindness to those you don't even know.
