They have a good range of goods. Service is okay. Not many retail person around to give you a hand and especially in the shoe section. Customer service is not the best. Bought a pair of shin pads among other things. the shin pads were only $10. Went home, when I took the label off I accidentally ripped a bit of the cushion. Tried to be honest to check if they replace it. The first person on the counter needed a manger, and the manager said they wont replace if it is customer damage. Tells you it is better off lying than being honest. Hardly made a difference to me but thank you for giving me the opportunity to write a review. Customer service is not all black and white.

Good selection of gym gear. The price is affordable. Staff are friendly & helpful.

I posted a review yesterday saying I was happy with the friendly staff at Rebel Darwin but was disappointed that the item I wanted, and that was advertised as on special, was no longer available. This morning I received a call from Simon a manager who informed me he had looked further and had found the item I wanted interstate. Not only was the item still on sale price but he also waived the $150 delivery fee. Fantastic service greatly received thankyou!
