Not friendly at all . Girls standing around chatting ignoring customers . Not good enough !nEmploy people who want to work .nWalked straight out and the store lost the $400 I intended on spending which went instead to Myer :)

Bad customer service. Went here yesterday for late night shopping with the intention of buying a few items and neither of the two girls managed to greet, smile or even acknowledge any customers at all. Just focused on chatting amongst themselves and ignoring everyone else.

Two ladies working yesterday at the Modbury ally fashion were just gossiping loudly they wasn’t even paying any attention to the staff such terrible customer service that I ever seen! They had a rude attitude didn’t even welcome me. Also no music was playing very dull shop ... I had to find my passwords for google just to report this unacceptable behaviour!!!
