Terrible phone receptionist with an unprofessional attitude. I have several maintainance work that requires different tradies. I politely asked for a quote but she ask me if this is a joke and hanged up before I could finish my sentence. I called back 10+ times but they never picked up. They probably blocked my number. Such arrogant, ignorrant and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable.

Would add an extra star if I could.nGreat friendly customer service and professional contractors. Contacted them for my plumbing and painting needs. If I had a regret it would be that I didn't contact them sooner.

I have been calling Mott Property Services for a while now to my 100 year-old property with original plumbing that needs periodic service. They have great personalised approach and monitor the work attentively over time. Great pricing and expert staff.
