The owner, Peter Stafford, went out of his way to show me every possible type of carpet/floor boards/linoleum combination that suited my colour choices. At all times he kept me up to date on prices and what would be a better, more fashionable style. Even though I was still unsure of my choices he came out to the property, many many kilometres away, with more samples and was happy to talk us through our choices again. After eventually choosing our coverings, at a VERY good price, he kept us up to date on laying dates and worked around what dates suited us. The workmanship was EXCEPTIONAL and so well done. We had carpet and boards so both areas were of a high quality. So happy that I went with Staffords carpets because the ENTIRE journey was done in a friendly and competent way. At no time did I feel like JUST A CUSTOMER. I find the other downgrading reviews very hard to understand as I had nothing but great treatment. Sometimes negative reviews are sometimes placed by people invoved with other companies who cannot compete any other way, so please always remember ordinary people who are CUSTOMERS are the best reviews to get. I am just a customer who is so happy there are still honest, friendly people still in business and Peter Stafford of Staffords Carpets is exactly that.

It was a very pleasant experience from the start to the end. I have had laminate floors in my house for four years and I have never looked back. After sale advice is excellent and polite. Will go back there again for some different products.

Staff at this business is Great, Sales for what my Husband needed was superb, the price for our hybrid flooring was very reasonable and we are thoroughly impressed.The pair of installers were truly excellent , very professional , friendly, cleaned up all the mess, managed the installation very quickly, we thank the staff and installers very much and would recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a new floor.
