My Name Is Graeme. Two weekends ago we found Termites in our Jarrah Flooring. I rang Atlas Premium Pest and within 2 days we had a representative come to site and look over the situation. Russel was polite and to the point and explained the situation and what was needed to be carried out. We agreed on the what was to happen which was a complete inspection and treatment to be carried out to apply a barrier and to also spray for ants and spiders and to locate the entry position of the Termites. Today 1 week later we had Jarrod (apologies if name is spelt wrong) from Atlas attend site and carry out the treatment on time. Jarrod was a very professional technician who located the termite entry point and carried out a treatment to the area. He then carried out a full inspection and barrier application and pest treatment to the house and surrounds. Can i thank Jarrod for the professional manner in which he carried out his work because from the time he arrived to the time he left he did not stop and he explained everything that was to happen and how. I would recommend Atlas Premium to anyone wishing to have a treatment carried out. Graeme.
Had a situation with this company today where I wasn't sure about some of the treatments. I'm happy to say that they worked to put me first as the customer, rather than just selling the treatment.
