Only customer in the store and staff member couldn't even say hello or offer any help
Visited the Morley store on 03/11.nQueud up for ages waiting for customers who were returning clothes in a riculously lengthy process.nWhen I asked if the girl who was folding clothes next to the second till could take our money we were told no sorry that till is closed.nMy girlfriend wanted to walk out and leave the pile of clothes she had selected.nYou should try looking after customers who are are buying and run your second till for card payment only, rather concentrating on those who are returning your clothes and risk losing business.
Absoloutey shocking customer service. Clothing falls apart and they refuse to do anything about it. Cheap and Nasty. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
