I met Kyan from Bayswater a while back and had some issues on and off with my shoulder. He took the time to fully hear about my issues and diagnosed my problem. He almost made an instant difference to my shoulder, but the problem returned after a few weeks. Then we did a treatment again and he gave me some specific exercises to do for the back which affected my shoulder blade which had an impact on my rotator cuff. Now it is great! This only took 3 sessions. Amazing guy, amazing place. Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.
The team at Life ready physio are fantastic. The receptionists are friendly and extremely accomodating. I have been attending regular Pilates sessions and having treatments for various horse riding related injuries with Emily for over a year now and can't speak highly enough of how knowledgeable and thorough she is. 10/10

I have been attending Life Ready Physio for over 2 years now for reformer pilates and general treatments for sports induced pain. Sarah and Emily have always been amazing and have kept me working in my new business despite my aches and pains over the last 18months.
