I came in last night trough drive thru and and didn’t stay for longer than 2 mins . The Man that was making my meal (a dark skin teen ) was fast and polite when handing me my meal . Everything was fresh , thx kfc

Wanted to make this review after amazing service tonight. The manager (female, New Zealand accent) was so lovely and helpful. They told us straight out that there would be a wait on tenders and offered us a large chips as compo.nThis KFC has to be one of the best in WA. Only very rarely are there issues with missing items or cold chips, but that can happen with any fast food chain. My husband and I are loyal customers ud83dude0a

One of the worst KFC in perth... order a zinger box... no zinger... no salt on the chips... woulf definitely not recommend... go get maccas instead

Daniel the fat Indian trainee manning the front counter needs to be trained more about communication and customer service skills. There was a line of people waiting to be served and he couldn’t bother saying “please wait a moment” all he did was pretending to be busy. Fortunately, Mariam came up from the back and was very nice and professional.nnSuggestion to management: sack Daniel and promote Mariam. People like Daniel are easy to find and replace, but people like Mariam are not.

I would have to say that this is the worst chicken I have ever bought from this store and I will never go back there again, the chicken was so overcooked and dry it was inedible. I rang the store and she said that there was a reason that it was dry because it was more than 2 hours old. I have bought KFC before and had it for the next 2 days and it was still reasonably fresh and it could be eaten. I said that obviously she was going to do anything about it and then she hung up, very rude, no offer to look at the over cook or anything.nIt will be Red Rooster for me from now on. Another customer lost.
