Tried to acquire their services their services for a kitchen renovation ans they didn't seem to want my business!.they were unresponsive to my requests and systematically blew me off. I landed up going with another company who were half the price!
Highly recommend Granite Transformations. Last week they transformed our kitchen which was looking a little tired into a thing of beauty. We are extremely happy with the finished product. From initial contact with Gary and Beverly to measure, quote and install was a seamless and pleasurable experience. The team displayed professionalism and dedication to excellence. Great staff who are friendly and very knowledgeable which made our choices easy.
The product is a good value option but the quality of work and unprofessional attitude of the tradesmen was very disappointing. Having to continually follow up deficiencies in work quality was frustrating and in the end resulted in sourcing a different tradesperson to finish part of the job.
Very helpful and friendly. Good service
