Put on hold for 5 minutes when receptionist asked me to hold. Shortly after, a recorded voice message advised the practice was now closed.nVery poor customer service when call was from a from a health professional (me) to pass important info to a treating GP.nnNot really surprising that google reviews are rated so low.

I booked the dentist appointment ages ago but I was told today at the Dentist I owed $75.00 from last October. I was happy to pay and did so the receptionist was awesome. The dentist then checked my teeth and talked about my whitening of my teeth, but half an hour was up and come back again to do scale and clean so I say no more won't be going back ever.

Betty the care plan nurse is one of the best there is and looks after your care needs.nDoctors are busy but support staff and allied health at this centre is fantastic.

I would’ve liked to give no stars but that wasn’t an optionnI signed to have my records transferred from another Center in February, nothing has been done, the doctor said I have to get on to it myself.nWent in yesterday to get scripts for my pain medications and the doctor kept cutting me off and refused to give me anything even though I’ve been on some for yrs and they all have the sticker saying don’t stop taking them. The doctor didn’t care if I go cold turkey of my meds which I think is disgusting bedside manner

Absolutely disgraceful medical practice. In such a beautiful part of the world surely we can do better than the nonsense some of these rude, disrespectful, unprofessional doctors serve up to us... Statistics don't lie and one look at the reviews should be a warning to everyone.... One day some poor soul will die from malpractice .... Please please avoid this terrible place
