Dr Daniel is excellent but front desk service is appalling. It is impossible to get an emergency appointment when braces attachment comes loose. Whenever this happens it takes daily phone calls to reception and all you get is sorry we are fully booked. This is not a 1 time occurrence but it is every single time when something goes wrong with the braces. It is obvious that the staffs are managing their work load very well by turning patients away immediately and refuse to make any effort to schedule the patient in.

have to go here every so often for jaw and teeth problems and the staff are so incredibly understanding and friendly and the facilities are very modern and updated! absolutely would recommend for other teens and anybody really!

Dr Daniels and the team are legends, super caring, friendly and helpful. The ONLY thing which soured my experience was just one of the receptionists. She had an extremely poor attitude. If we had to make a booking for our next appointments, she would become rude and impatient if we were to trouble her by being unsure of exactly which days and what times at which we would be free. (no wonder why there are so many signs in the waiting area which inform the patients that verbal abuse is not tolerated by the clinic) We have never been verbally aggressive or verbally abusive towards any of the staff at the clinic, but the signs suggest that perhaps, other patients have? In response to this type of incident, I would suggest giving the patient a few options of appointment dates to choose from because it makes it a bit easier for the patient to choose a day- the patient won’t know the specific times of day for when a particular service is available, the patient won’t know the days on which each specific service will be offered, the patient won’t know when the clinic is fully booked etc. (apologies if it makes more work for the receptionist, I don’t really know what the system is like and what it is like to work there etc) There was also an incident where this particular receptionist was verbally aggressive towards a patient before liaising with the dentist regarding some sort of payment. She insinuated that the patient did not read the terms and conditions, by saying that they should have read the terms and conditions properly at the start of the treatment. She threatened to print out T&C’s and point out the conditions which were allegedly overlooked by this patient. I believe that she caused a scene by raising her voice and saying ,”I don’t want to argue with you!” After this patient came out of their appointment, they had to book their next appointment with her. She mentioned that she spoke to the dentist and found out that they were in fact, not supposed to pay for a particular product, but she did not apologise. Just ignore her I guess... I just need to make clear that is just my observation and experience with ONE receptionist. This is not indicative nor representative of the attitudes of the other receptionists, they are generally quite kind! The clinic is great though, it’s still 5 stars for me.

Such a fabulous clinic! Dr Daniels and all the staff at the clinic are so friendly and helpful. They actually care about what is best for your child rather than the income it generate. I went here for a second opinion after I was told that nothing could be done for my daughter until she was in her mid teens at which time she's need a full set of brace and six teeth removed. Dr Daniels suggested that we use an expander to give her more room for the crowding and put four braces on the top teeth at the same time. 9 months later and they are off and my daughters smile is beautiful! Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff.
