Super convenient across the road from a car hire place. Quick, easy service and cheap capsule hire. Literally the front office of a storage place so don't expect much but they do the trick
Really unhelpful on the phone when we needed to hire a stroller. Asked us to call back in half an hour and then didn’t even pick up. Would not recommend
I rented a car seat from this place. And I have never ever used the seat, because I bought a new one 1 day after, so I decided to return it earlier and get my money back. (I asked the lady if I return the seat earlier and have some refund, she said yes!!!!). They refuse to give me my money back, what they did is very unprofessional! So I decide to keep it until Monday.nnI returned it on Monday. The lady checked it is all good before I go. After 3hours, they made a call, saying the baby seat is broken, and ask me to pay for it. It is ridiculous!!!!!!nnNot recommend to any of my friends and car rental compay.
Great Service, very professional. Seats were clean and well maintained. Installation was included in the price of the hire which meant I didn't need to worry.

Never ever had this bad service before.nnAnd you know the baby seat is NOT broken, and I know it is NOT broken. Why you call me said it is broken after I return it and your staff checked it all good already?? Have you had the rental service like you returned it and the staff checked it, after half day they are asking you for money??
