Excellent customer service..I don't care they have limited selection over baby bunting but their customer service easily makes up for it.

We have bought everything we need for our baby from Babyland and wouldn't go anywhere else! The service is amazing and everyone is so friendly. They have a great range and exceptional quality! Will definitely be back.

We were very happy with the service at this store. We went in knowing what we wanted, the staff were very knowledgeable and showed us alternatives, but we bought the pram we had researched. Unfortunately it was faulty, returned a couple of days later, the part was replaced with no issues at all. Extremely satisfied with all transactions.

I was so impressed by the staff here. My initial attempt to shop all things baby was elsewhere, I was so overwhelmed and felt like I had no help from the staff-besides a sales attempt and that’s it.nFrom the second I walked into Babyland, I was kindly greeted and given full attention with a smile and kindness. I spent over an hour with a lovely and extremely helpful lady, who assisted me the whole time. On top of this, everything we wanted was in stock and available (which was definitely not the case elsewhere-we were given a 5 month approximate wait time for basic items) AND!!!! They were on sale too. We made a huge saving.nFrom here we collected our items from the warehouse and the fantastic service continued. The two gentlemen in the warehouse were super friendly, alert, switched on and very eager to help. They were very considerate of our car and were extremely conscious not to scratch or even scuff the interior while loading. They are definitely a great asset to the store.nMy husband and I, felt that our whole experience here, from go to woah was quite pleasant. We will now shop here for what ever we can. Big applause to all the staff at Baby land (especially Maria), It’s been a while since we have experienced such quality customer service and overall experience anywhere.
