Have to agree with K Carter's review of this company since I know of her personal situation and her struggle to get a refund on a TM31 which had faults from the start, which she had clearly documented (from reading other reviews, it seems like a common issue). It took a date in court and a judge to rule in her favour, based on evidence presented, because this company refused to give a refund on this product. I am sure TiA's lawyers, fees must have been more than the cost of a TM31, plus court costs, since TiA lost the case. Pathetic really that this company, that relies on direct selling, and word of mouth, would try to argue their way out of it and not just own it and give a refund where it is due. A teatowel does not fix the issues they have. No ethics at all, it's just about $$$, could not careless about customers. Blocking customers who have purchased a TM like myself on their fb page with no reason given whatsoever.

Excellent telephone/customer service from Kaz who fixed my problem over the phone, saving me a potential trip to their repair department. It was a user error, not a fault with the machine. Have had my TM for nearly 10 years and would not be without it. An excellent product.

Poor customer service. Extreme delay in delivery. Obviously selling products not in stock.

Pathetic customer service! ordered 3.5weeks ago! still no machine, no communication about delays! was told 7-10 working days - nope! when I called, oh we've had to move stock around, well, how about a call saying sorry there's been a delay! a little bit of customer service goes a long way! right now I feel like it's take my money and don't deliver! if i could give 0 stars I would. This is not in relation to the machine or my consultant, just the company itself.
