After being recommended to this store last year, we had such exceptional service that we went back this year to look for a ball gown. The girls are all so lovely and professional, with an excellent eye for detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will never return to this store or recommend this store. The girl was not only extremely rude but would not listen to what we wanted. Management really need to look closely at what staff they hire. Thank goodness we found another store who not only listened to what we asked for but made helpful suggestions, was friendly and therefore got our business.
The staff member in the store today was extremely rude. Quite unfortunate as the shop has nice dresses, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
Absolutely amazing! Beautiful assortment of quality gowns & amazing service. Not sure of the lovely sales assistant that served me Friday arvo, but she was a absolute babe, so kind & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Will be going back shortly to get another dress for Melbourne cup. Cannot fault this place. You have a customer for life ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f
DO NOT HIRE HERE. If you want a refund on your dress they wont give it to you. Please be weary when hiring here.
