My experience there was good however 6-weeks out from the event, I found a friend who could let me borrow their dress, and this place wouldn't let me return it - not even a partial refun which I would have been more than happy with. I understand if its only a week or 2 out from the hire date, but it was 6 weeks - ample time to re-hire the dress to someone new! Beware, if you change your mind, you won't get anything back. A big price to pay.
Best place to hire a dress for your special occasion. This is the second time we've hired from Higher Boutique and will keep returning. Lovely customer service, would highly recommend.

I cannot thank these girls enough for helping me find the perfect dress for an upcoming event. Kristen went above and beyond to get me in something amazing, picking out dresses that I wouldn’t have even looked twice at, she really knows what will work for any body shape and you are guaranteed to walk out feeling incredible with a beautiful dress as a bonus. Thank you so much ladies, I’ll be back.
