Initial dealings were very organised and professional, especially when it came to collecting prepayments. On the day of the (small) job they sent a part-time employee to install the floor and followed up with two young guys to sand and seal. No follow up communication to ask how the job went or if I was satisfied with the results. I'm very glad I didn't get them to do the larger re-sanding job in the property.
