Helpful staff bit expensive but are good quality try to get things on sale!!
Great customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service. Every time I go into BBNT I am greeted with a friendly smile with the staff happy to help me in any way needed. If you need ANY bedding, towels or deco would totally recommend this place
Absolutely horrible service!! After ringing and telling them I’m picking up a product that another store had rung them about and had put away for me and telling them that I’m on my way from the other store, the assistant said “no problem we’ll be here”. I got to the store thinking they left the door halfway open for me but I was met with very abrupt service saying they’re closed, come back tomorrow. After I was led to believe it’s no problem, I certainly won’t be going back the very next day. Atleast my baby strapped to my front got to see that not everyone he meets in a store is nice!
