The carpets and service from Lee was good, but these guys have to get better at their communications. No confirmation that deposit was paid, had to call a few times to secure an installation time. Then the installers took two 10c piece chunks out of our freshly painted walls. Sent them pictures and a polite email saying we didn’t want anything, just let your installers know to be more careful. No apology or acknowledgment. nothing.

I recently engaged Flooring xtra in Rockingham to replace my blinds, wooden floors and carpets with dual roller blinds, new carpet and hybrid floors, the results speak for them selves our new home has been transformed. I can honestly say that Lee and Michelle were friendly and professional throughout and I can not speak highly enough of the carpet layers, Mitch the guy that laid the hard floors and skirting boards or David that installed the blinds. All of them were amazing, friendly, professional and efficient. You can not ask for any more than that! Great job guys, we are happy campers!
