A friend and i visited the store Sunday a week ago with our sons to get them decked out for their school dinner dance... not only were the two men there that day committed to us as customers, they still managed to keep everyone seen to without making us feel rushed or a burden, and it was a busy day... absolutely fabulous customer service thankyou

Me and my partner are going to a wedding this weekend and we went into Connor expecting to have a quick shop to buy myself a pair of trousers and some shoes. We were warmly greeted by Godwill and I have to say, the experience we both had was hands down the best customer service we have received to date. There are 5 main points I wanted to highlight...nn- The greeting made us feel welcomed and set the tone for the whole shopping experience. We also noticed whilst he was assisting us, he was ensuring he took a few quick seconds to greet other shoppers and make them feel comfortable too.n- He asked amazing open questions to really understand what I was looking for, how I wanted to look, what clothes I already had to ensure the clothes he was going to recommend would match. Also he asked my partner what dress she was planning on wearing to ensure we both matched!! She loved that and it made her feel just as involved.n- He clearly has lots of knowledge when it comes to fashion and clothing as he knew lots about matching colours, what types of clothes would be best to wear for the occasion and what clothing types work well with each other.n- He was incredibly confident and wasn't afraid to recommend certain items and colours, though he did it in a way which was not pushy at all and wanted to ensure we were happy with his recommendation. This is appreciated as I am terrible when it comes to fashion and I appreciate an expert opinion.n- Lastly you can clearly tell that he loves what he does and it was so inspiring to see that. It oozes out of him and spills over into the service he provides which only enhances the experience.nnI hope the right people within Connor see this and understand how much of an asset he is. Thank you Godwill for making our experience so incredible and memorable. I am really looking forward to this wedding now and I know i'm going to look and feel good in the clothing he recommended to me. We hope he is fairly compensated for the service and value he provides others and he can progresses through the company to create this impact on a much bigger scale.nnMany thanks Godwill,nTomas and Maddi

Thank you Steve from Connor Rockingham, you went above and beyond in your customer service to assist me! Just before Christmas and the store was frantic but Steve still took time to spend with me to ensure I got the right sizes and even sourced from another store so my present for my husband was perfect. You are a credit to Connor and the retail industry. Will definitely be back for more of your excellent service Steve! Thank you : )

I visited the store in Rockingham and was greeted by an gentleman called Steve. I had no intention of buying but just too look. This gentleman's approach,attitude and communication was one of the best I have encountered in the retail world. He is very passionate about his career and the company. I ended up leaving after buying 2 suits and felt the service I received was 100 times better than one could expect. Steve you are an credit to your company and should be recognized for this positive outcome. You are very rare to come across in this tough world we live in.
