Would highly recommend these guys to anyone - very professional, great selection of stock, outstanding customer service and just all round nice people. We bought some equipment from the previous business owners that wasn't right for us and were worried we'd be left footing the bill. The new business owners were really happy to help out and completely sorted it all out for us. We're so grateful, thank you very much Kevin and Marriese - we will definitely be back! :) :)

Hearns Heating & Cooling MIDLAND. If I could give zero stars I would. After sending multiple pictures of the fire place with the serial number, taking measurements of the required fire bricks and explaining that this is EXACTLY what I need, after speaking to them when they decided it was a good time to get back to me, after following up multiple times, THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG! Bricks are the wrong size. After this experience I feel it's going to be to difficult to return them. You get to keep my money because of your poor service. Well done, you won't see me ever again.

Had a Cool Breeze ducted evaporative aircon installed. Installation was efficient and a couple of issues were attended to promptly. The Installers were great...the stores new management has good customer service and the price was very reasonable.

Worst customer service ever! Save yourself some stress and shop elsewhere. As soon as we paid for our fire we were just messed around. 2 week install changed to 6 weeks. Wrong parts ordered by the place despite us repeating over and over we had high ceilings. The shop manager didn't care and didn't apologies. Resulted in my husband having to scream blue murder to get any action. I suggest you unless you have a preference to sticking your eyes out that you don't go anywhere near this place.

We found the staff very helpful. They were not able to supply what we needed for our very old air con system as the parts were non standard. Despite, this, they took the time out to explain in detail how we could extend the life of our filters for another summer or two.nBased on that type of service, we will be back here to get our new air con system in the next year or so.
