Hands down the rudest, most unhelpful customer service representatives I have had the misfortune of having to deal with. It only gets worse if you have the unfortunate luck of coming into contact with a Community 'advocate'. All I can say is think twice before moving int The City of Swan.

Appalling.....no response via email or messenger.. increase rates ...a 1 star is generous.nEdited 5th June 2019...nnYet again the shire fails....heard yesterday a dog in guildford had to be euthanised...this should never have happened...nShire have been called numerous times that this dog was wandering off property....they had been told where dog lived.nThe dog could have been seized and put in a home and maybe rehomed but no....shire do nothing dog attacks someone and dog is put down disgusting..
