I have left my call back number 8 times this week. No call backs at all. I have emailed too. No replies. You have had centrelink cancel my payments. It's now friday afternoon which means i wont get my badly needed medication till Tuesday at the earliest. I don't know what to do, everything was done as it was supposed to have been done. What are you doing??

I have been on hold for 3 hours when you go to mygov thay send you back to max power and try to get mygov thay put you back to max power.nnThat do this to destroy people's hope when times are hard enough.It is deliberate attempt to people's sole.nI have worked and paid tax for 50 yearsnI do feel like killing myself.nUPDATE Today I got a call from Kristy MAX EMPLOYMENT.nShe was great .She helped me.She also explained the situation .nI would like to thank you for your help.nI don't thank the government for cutting me of though for no apparent reason.Max employment is the meat in Thu sandwich.nLife at the moment is just getting to hard

After having my payments suspended today, even though I can’t work due to injury. Called once and was put in a que to be called back, when they hadn’t called back by 2pm I decided to call and wait on hold 2hours later they closed and still no answer. How is anybody supposed to live this way? Now I need to wait until Monday to sort this out and I’m supposed to be paid Monday. Seriously upset and very let down by this experience!

Be careful businesses they are big time Scammers. They will claim your money from government and will never pick up your phones. Trap you by saying 80% 90% wage subsidies. Allison Honeycomb is a head con lady who will come to your shop eat free food and when it’s time to get subsidies they don’t know you, your documents missing, something you never sent, someone will get in touch, kind of excuses and you will never receive call back.nMedia hub is working on it and getting info. I have 2 cases with $13500 worth of subsidies.
